Shipping policy
The shipping cost is a flat $10 per order.
If your order is returned back to us because you have provided an incorrect address, because you weren't available to receive that, or you've failed to collect it from a depot, an additional delivery charge will apply to get the order redelivered to you.
Please note that some of the couriers we partner with will not deliver to a Post Office Box number or a Post Office locker and that a signature of the person placing the order is required in order to receive/collect the purchase.
Delivery usually takes up to 5 business days from the date your payment is processed for most major cities and up to 10 day for rural/regional cities. However, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Trevcon Supplies will make every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Please take care to enter your delivery address accurately and completely, as Trevcon Supplies will not take responsibility for any deliveries which are lost as a result of incomplete or incorrect details.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If you are not available to take delivery of the products, our carrier will leave a notification card to advise re-delivery options. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
If you, the customer, miss delivery and alter Trevcon Supplies' original delivery instructions and give ATL (authority to leave) when re-booking the delivery of your order, it is your responsibility to be available to take delivery of your order. If a parcel is lost or damaged at the time of redelivery when you've altered Trevcon Supplies' instructions to the carrier and have provided ATL, Trevcon Supplies is not responsible for the lost package or for any damages and will not issue a refund.
